Heritage Oak follows a traditional school year schedule (September-June) and spaces are limited.

Steps to enrollment:

  1. Schedule a private tour (click here) or attend an Open House. Our first Open House Event for the 2024-25 school year will be held Saturday, February 3rd from 10am-1pm.
  2. Request an application from admissions by emailing [email protected]. Complete application and pay the application fee and evaluation fee.
  3. Children entering Elementary through Middle School, who have applied, will be scheduled for a placement test within weeks. Children entering Early Learners through Pre-k do not need to take a placement test.
  4. Once the student passes the placement test, the family will be sent an enrollment contract to reserve the space.
