Heritage Oak students in kindergarten through grade five average close to 90% proficiency in mathematics and reading/reading comprehension. Core subjects include instruction in science, social studies, language and writing, spelling and geography. Core enrichments such as physical education, French, art, art appreciation, etiquette, music and technology are all integrated into the course of study. A formal leadership program is taught to guide, educate and inspire the leaders of tomorrow. Middle School students also enjoy semester-long elective classes in variety of subjects with multiple performing art opportunities and full implementation of a personal laptop in classroom learning. Finally, Middle school students experience the yearly Cotillion classes to refine their social skills and introduce ballroom dancing, formal dining etiquette, public speaking, personal presentation, resume preparation and business interview techniques.
