Admission Process

Heritage Oak follows a traditional school year schedule (September-June) and spaces are limited.

Steps to enrollment:

1.) Schedule a private tour (click here) or attend an Open House. Our first Open House Event for the 2023-24 school year will be held Saturday, January 28th.

2.) Reserve your child's space by filling out enrollment paperwork and paying Deposit, Evaluation Fee, and New Student Registration Fee. Limited spaces are available and we will start a waiting list once spaces are full.

3.) Children entering Elementary through Middle School, who have already reserved spaces, will be scheduled for a placement test in spring.

4.) Children entering Early Learners through Pre-kindergarten, who have already reserved spaces, will participate in an orientation week during the summer.
