Admission Process

Heritage Oak follows a traditional school year schedule (September-June) and spaces are limited.

Steps to enrollment:

1.) Schedule a private tour (click here) or attend an Open House. The 2019-20 School Year Open House events will be held on Friday, February 1st from 6:30-8:00pm and Saturday, February 2nd from 10:00am-12:00pm.

2.) Reserve your child's space by filling out enrollment paperwork and paying Deposit, Evaluation Fee, and New Family Registration Fee (Evaluation Fee is waived if family enrolls at or before Open House). Limited spaces are available and we will start a waiting list once spaces are full.

3.) Children entering Elementary through Middle School, who have already reserved spaces, will be scheduled for a placement test in spring.

4.) Children entering Early Learners through Pre-kindergarten, who have already reserved spaces, will participate in a try-out week during the summer.
