Admission Process

Heritage Oak follows a traditional school year schedule (September-June) and spaces are limited.

Steps to enrollment:

1.) Schedule a private tour (click here) or attend an Open House. Our next Open House Events will be held Friday, January 28th & Saturday, January 29th.

2.) Reserve your child's space by filling out enrollment paperwork and paying Deposit, Evaluation Fee, and New Family Registration Fee. Limited spaces are available and we will start a waiting list once spaces are full.

3.) Children entering Elementary through Middle School, who have already reserved spaces, will be scheduled for a placement test in spring.

4.) Children entering Early Learners through Pre-kindergarten, who have already reserved spaces, will participate in a try-out week during the summer.
