Admission Process

Heritage Oak follows a traditional school year schedule (September-June) and spaces are limited.

Steps to enrollment:

1.) Schedule a private tour (click here) or attend an Open House. Our first Open House Event for the 2023-24 school year will be held Saturday, January 28th.

2.) Request an application from admissions by emailing shawna.rhebergen@heritageoak.org. Complete application and pay the application fee and evaluation fee.

3.) Children entering Elementary through Middle School, who have applied, will be scheduled for a placement test within weeks. Children entering Early Learners through Pre-k do not need to take a placement test.

4.) Once the student passes the placement test, the family will be sent an enrollment contract to reserve the space.
