PLP

As students mature into the Middle School grades, the Personal Learning Plans evolve along with them. Each child is assigned a PLP Advisor, based on his/her academic Area of Opportunity. These Advisors form a special bond with their students as they guide them toward academic success. Not only do teachers allow for the students to practice various skills in a classroom environment, they also provide various strategies, based on learning style, for students to employ.

As with the Personal Learning Plans for the younger students, there is also a social component to the Middle School Personal Learning Plans. Each grade level focuses on a particular character trait and each student is challenged with applying these traits to his/her own life.
