For over 20 years, Heritage Oak middle school students have been leveraging technology to communicate, collaborate and develop creative thinking skills via the school’s technology immersion program. Digital citizenship is emphasized as students utilize online resources to enhance their classroom experiences. The school’s technology infrastructure is designed to enhance communication with parents and students at all grade levels with digital lockers, online grading, and online posting of classroom assignments. Daily interactive experiences are also created through the use of our campus-wide, high speed wireless infrastructure along with Promethean interactive white boards in all elementary and middle school classrooms.
