RSPK Look, Listen, Taste, Touch, Smell-Explore Through the 5 Senses – (Preschool/Pre-k)
Every day is a new adventure in this lively, hands on science camp.  We will use magnifying glasses, musical instruments, fun foods and more to explore and learn about how our senses help us.  The last day of camp will be a fun science party for all the senses!

3D Artists – 4th-8th Grade
When most people think of 3-D art, they think of clay. In this creative class, campers will learn to think outside the box and develop extraordinary sculptures using a variety of materials. Our teacher will guide children as they extend their fine motor and special reasoning skills into the third dimension. Families will be invited to join the campers at the end of the week during our on-campus Art Show displaying all of the pieces created during camp.

Ceramics – Kindergarten-4th Grade
Clay, glaze, paint, and new friends will make up this week of creative artistry as campers explore the stages of clay piece production. Did you know that Camp Heritage Oak has its own kiln? This means that as campers decorate their cups, plates, bowls, etc. with paint and glaze, all of their items can be fired on-site and ready to go home and shared with their family members! If your child loves creating pottery projects at mall-type painting stores, he/she will have a fantastic time in this class!

Robotics – 4th-5th Grade
Want to be on the edge of technology? Robotics is a project-based camp that will enhance engineering, science, and technology skills. VEX Robots help students unlock the power of their imagination by designing and constructing remote-controlled robotic devices. Students will learn the concepts of Machine Intelligence, which is found in almost all the devices and machines we deal with, from cars to cell phones. The students will work to design the robot, build it, and move it by remote control. They will learn about robot sensors, which enables the robot to “feel” its environment. Finally, they will learn programming in order to give the robot an ability to perform some defined tasks autonomously. For example, they will try to make the robot follow a certain “black line” on the ground or program it to find its way around an obstacle in its path. The students’ individual progress will determine how complex they can go with robot autonomy.

All Sorts of Sports – Kindergarten-3rd Grade
This week of camp is perfect for your sports minded child! They will have the opportunity to enjoy and learn about several different sports such as t-ball, soccer, basketball and much more. We will focus on a different sport each day, ensuring that all children are given the opportunity to succeed in a fun, non-competitive environment. Be sure to join us for this one—we promise your child will “have a ball!”

* Students must be able to speak English fluently to attend academic classes.
